As the old saying goes… You don’t adopt a pet\, they adopt you. You may walk into the shelter and be rescued yourself. \nFriends of Southern Ocean County Animal Shelter is also using this opportunity to raise funds to continue doing what we do best… Support and Rescue our Paws! Our volunteers have the biggest hearts. They are the first to donate their personal funds\, time\, and energy to help an animal in need. So\, if you are not interested in adopting or visiting the facility\, come down to meet us\, FOSOCAS. We want to meet you! It would be nice to put a face to the “Likes\, Shares\, and Comments.” We are also having a bake sale at the shelter\, so come and enjoy some delicious baked good made by our volunteers! \nWe hope to see you there! Saturday\, August 15th\, 2015 from 1-4pm. \nSpread the word… All adoption fees are waived and we have an amazing cast of Paws and Volunteers for you to meet. \nWe’re in the Patch!
